My interest in photography started when I took a few pictures on my dad’s old camera.  In the beginning, I focused mainly on mastering the controls of the camera; however, now I am challenged beyond simply getting the exposure right.

With each roll developed, my goal is to become more confident in the complex process of finding the right subject and learning how to express it on film.  I enjoy searching for color, detail and texture through the lens and then seeing how film interprets what I see.  To view my latest work, visit www.nathangriffin.com
