Preserving Your Holiday Photos

It’s time to take down the holiday decorations and pack them up for next year. The food’s been eaten and the relatives have all gone home. All the happy memories are still fresh in your mind. Good thing you took lots of pictures so you can relive the fun times. It will bring big smiles to reminisce about the kids with icing all over their faces; Aunt Jennie’s idea for an ugly Christmas sweater party was a good one. Boy did Grandpa look silly wearing reindeer antlers! It was Hannah’s first year to light the Chanukah candles all by herself. Imagine how much fun it will be to relive all those memories when you’re sharing the pictures with your grandchildren in twenty years or so.
You’ve got all of those great holiday photos, now what?
Since the holidays have come to a close, it’s time to take a look at those photos you shot and do something with them! Just please don’t let them sit on the memory card or hard drive forever.
Here are several great suggestions for what you can do with the best of the bunch:
- Pick the best of them and have your photos printed on canvas. Frame them and put them on your wall. Canvas prints are a lot of fun and make great gifts too.
- Did Johnny and Susan get engaged over the holidays? Have that cute photo of them together printed onto coffee mugs.
- Dad would totally enjoy having a picture of the kids printed onto a custom photo iPhone case.
- Have you seen a print on metal? Here’s your chance to try it!
It is super easy to do. We can even print those pictures you took Christmas morning on your phone. Simply download the FREE Lifepics app, sign up, upload your photos and order your choice of prints from your phone!
Order your prints now before the year gets away from you and you forget to do anything with them. Photo prints are also a great way to get started on this year’s holiday gifts. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and even next December will be here before you know it. Imagine not having to hit the mall in a last minute panic.
Post a link to your favorite holiday pictures. We’d love to see them.
